After experimenting with the fronture washing service at our Rovereto sulla Secchia location, in 2015 the Coerezza knitting mill decided to become independent and purchase one of the first models that H₂G had put on the market: the H₂G / 2.

Despite the fact that it was one of the first knitting machines to hit the market (H₂G had only been in operation for a year and had sold less than 60 machines), the customer was immediately won over by its ease of use and cleaning efficiency. At the time, it was still unthinkable to wash the frontures with water for fear of rust, but those who put their trust in H₂G were amply repaid: in less than ten years, the entire fleet of machines was cleaned from top to bottom, at least twice a year. How much time has been saved in one year? We’ll tell you: to manually clean 16 short machines twice a year takes 512 hours (two full days each), whereas with the H₂G machine the time is reduced to just 32 hours (1 hour per machine).

We are therefore talking about more than 450 ‘free’ hours during which the machines can work and produce garments, without staining them and without deformations due to the needle housing change!
