During the ITMA 2015 in Milan, Shima Seiki MFG., LTD showed interest in the H2G technology, realising the potential that the H2G washing machine could offer Wholegarment maintenance.
After the exhibition in Milan, H2G started collaborating first with SHIMA SEIKI HONG KONG and, in the following years, with SHIMA SEIKI headquarters. The first two H2G machines were shipped to Wakayama to lay the foundation for a long-term business relationship.
Starting from the basic model, Shima Seiki was able to develop a definitive solution for the cleaning and maintenance of the MACH2X/XS and Mini Wholegarment machines: specific washing programmes for each gauge to be used with SHIMA JIGS, tools to be applied on a new H2G 4.0 to guarantee the perfect cleaning of each needle plate.
